gampk Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "gampk," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the gampk gaming platform operating at gampk.app and its licensed operating entity.
• "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on gampk or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration at gampk.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency denomination used for all financial transactions processed for Pakistani players.
• "Gaming Products" means collectively all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, fishing games, and any other real-money wagering features available on gampk.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by gampk to Players subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process gampk is obligated to conduct under its international licensing requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where participation in online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an Account on gampk, making any deposit, placing any wager, or accessing any Gaming Product, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the gampk Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and gampk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Access to gampk's real-money Gaming Products is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's operation.
• You must be accessing gampk from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be registering in your own true identity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of gampk or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has activated a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.

gampk employs automated age verification systems during the registration process. However, the obligation to confirm your eligibility rests with you. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on gampk at any given time. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the registration details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. You agree to promptly update any registered information that changes during the lifetime of your Account.

gampk reserves the right to verify Account information at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure. Accounts registered with demonstrably false information will be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited.

gampk accepts PKR deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gampk reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to request documentary evidence of payment ownership at any time.

gampk does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. By depositing, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are your legal property.

Players may request withdrawal of genuine cash balances (excluding uncleared Bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will be held until the cumulative amount reaches the minimum.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by gampk's finance department in writing.
• gampk targets processing times of under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• gampk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in amount or frequency.

gampk offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and the specific terms published for each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules:

• The standard wagering requirement for gampk deposit match bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be satisfied before any cash withdrawal is processed from a balance that includes an active bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to artificially low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
• Each Account is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second Account is prohibited.
• gampk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice to players who have not yet opted in.
• Bonuses have expiry periods stated in individual promotion terms. Uncleared bonuses that pass their expiry date will be removed from the Account without compensation.

All Gaming Products available on gampk operate under the rules set by the respective game providers and gampk's own supplementary sports betting rules. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed outcome and a payout — arising from a software error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — gampk reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Players. gampk's decision in such circumstances is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

gampk prohibits any use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to generate wagers on the Platform. Use of any such technology constitutes a prohibited conduct breach under Section 10 and will result in immediate Account closure.

gampk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools and resources necessary to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost from within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can add to your Account within the specified period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the total PKR amount you may lose within a set time period across all Gaming Products.
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and hard stops that terminate active gaming sessions after a pre-set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you may not access Gaming Products or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account restriction that prevents access to all gampk Gaming Products. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

The following acts constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on gampk, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, payment processing glitches, or game malfunctions to generate illegitimate credits or winnings.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gampk staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your gampk Account to any third party.

All content published on the gampk Platform — including but not limited to the gampk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of gampk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any gampk content without express written permission.
• Use the gampk name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or for any promotional purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any gampk software component.
• Create derivative works based on any gampk intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of gampk intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gampk's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to gampk in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gampk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of government), or third-party infrastructure failures beyond gampk's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to errors in your Internet connection, device hardware, or operating system during a gaming session.
• Any decision by regulatory or governmental authorities in any jurisdiction to restrict, prohibit, or criminalise online gaming activities.

gampk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• A Player's breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory or licensing obligation requiring account action.
• The Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• gampk's operational decision to exit a particular market or product category.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player misconduct, any genuine cash balance (excluding uncleared Bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method within ten (10) business days of the closure being finalised. In cases of closure due to prohibited conduct or fraud, gampk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and legal review.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gampk Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and gampk, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact gampk Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. gampk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, you may escalate to gampk's formal complaints team by submitting a written complaint with full supporting evidence. A written decision will be issued within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If you remain dissatisfied following gampk's formal complaint response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority under gampk's international gaming license for independent review.

gampk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our operations, gaming products, regulatory environment, or applicable laws. When material amendments are made, gampk will provide notice to registered Players via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the gampk Platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.
• An email notification to the registered email address of affected Account holders where technically feasible.

Continued use of the gampk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using gampk immediately and contact Support to arrange Account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at gampk.app/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under gampk's international gaming license jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of gampk's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section prevents gampk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or protect the integrity of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
